Our designs are based on comprehensive traffic loading analysis, subgrade characterization, and material properties, using the latest pavement design software such as Rubicon Toolbox, FAARFIELD, mePADS, cncPAVE, ELSYM5A and CIRCLY.

 

We also adhere to local and international standards and regulations, including SANRAL guidelines, to ensure compliance with unique environmental and traffic conditions.

We provide a full range of site investigation services including visual pavement condition surveys, deflection testing, core sampling, laboratory material testing, and subsurface geotechnical investigations in line with industry norms. Our structural evaluation incorporates advanced techniques such as ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and falling weight deflectometer (FWD) testing to assess the condition of existing pavements.

 

Additionally, we offer rehabilitation strategies based on structural overlay analysis, full-depth reclamation (FDR), and milling and resurfacing techniques, with an emphasis on reducing maintenance costs and extending pavement lifespan in the local context.
